"H-Day" 2019

"H-Day" is the kind of "D-Day" for the bees and the beekeepers. It is a major event in the bee year; a huge operation. The Honey Harvest. This year, the harvest took place on Saturday 3 August. The weather was fine, the positions of the moon and the stars seemed fine. The bees were mellow that day and we had a great team for the "uncapping" and "spinning". Result: more than 120 Kg! Very thankful!
